   Start in the forum

   Read and post with zero exposure. Lurk as long as you like — nothing here requires a camera, a mic, or even a reply.

2. 02

   Join a scheduled group session

   Small groups meet at a set time around a shared activity, audio-only by default. No profiles to browse, no one to swipe on.

3. 03

   Turn your camera on, if you want

   Cameras stay off by default, always. If a group starts to feel comfortable, that's your call to make, not the app's.

4. 04

   1:1, once you've already met

   One-on-one calls only open up between people who've actually shared a group session together — never cold, never with a stranger.
